Refund Policy

At Tip of the Spear Athletics LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training and coaching services. Because our time, programming, and session availability are reserved specifically for each client, all purchases are considered final. Please review our refund policy below.
All Sales Are Final
Payments for personal training, semi-private training, online coaching, classes, programs, and memberships are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly coaching subscriptions
- Personal training packages
- Semi-private training packages
- Drop-in sessions
- Digital programs or downloads
- Special offers, promotions, or discounted packages
Missed or Unused Sessions
Unused or missed sessions—whether due to scheduling issues, travel, personal decisions, or lack of attendance—are not eligible for refunds. Clients are encouraged to schedule consistently and communicate when conflicts arise.
Cancellation of Sessions
- 1-on-1 Training: Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours may be forfeited.
- Semi-Private Training: Late cancellations or no-shows may count as a used session due to group scheduling.
- Online Coaching: Monthly plans renew automatically. Clients must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or failure to attend.
Medical or Emergency Situations
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Tip of the Spear Athletics LLC if you experience:
- A documented medical emergency
- A long-term injury preventing training
- A major life event that makes participation temporarily impossible
In such cases, we may offer:
- Account credit
- Session pause/hold
- Transfer of remaining sessions to another person
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Digital Products
All digital fitness programs, PDFs, downloads, and online training materials are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital content.
Events, Workshops, or Challenges
Payments for special events, challenges, or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Tip of the Spear Athletics LLC.
Chargebacks
Attempted chargebacks after receiving services or digital content may result in:
- Account suspension
- Denial of future services
- Possible legal action to recover lost fees
